i love old buildings like these. outdated, ugly in their starkness, concrete and grey; grime oozing from their pores. beautiful and cold, quite masculine.
pinhole photography. aah, the antiquated simplicity of it... we had to make our own pinhole cameras in photography this week. i brought an old tea tin with ducks on it, it works well enough...i little note on skirts. they are wonderful, the most feminine item i can think of, apart from dresses (which can get tiresome). so much more lovely to wear than trousers or jeans, so much more nostalgic and true, worn upon the waist. i've bought three this week infact, it's summer afterall; two floral, one black.
